In consultation with you, your first session will be tailored to provide a personalized, unique treatment for your specific needs and preferences. Following your first treatment, you may wish to choose any of the targeted treatments.
Before Your Treatment
Please dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing without metal fasteners. Yoga-style clothing is ideal.
Belts, bracelets, watches and necklaces are best removed as they may impede the sound and frequency of the bowls. For women, it is also ideal to remove your bra, especially if it has underwire and metal or plastic fasteners.
Please book your appointment to allow extra time to ease back into your day and not be rushed back to work or into other “busy” scenarios. It’s ideal if you can schedule your treatment for a time that will allow you to continue to relax.
Following Your Treatment
You will be given enough time to allow the vibrations to settle deep into your cells and to gently get up from the table.
I recommend to get the most of your treatment to be able to have a restful and relaxing day or evening planned.
Drinking lots of pure water will allow subtle detox effects to take place.
An epsom salts bath will also support any detoxifying effect.
I encourage you to imagine and visualize that you are letting go of what no longer serves you.
Epsoms Salt Bath Recipe
In a bath tub of the hot water add
3-4 cups of epsom salt
Relax for a minimum of 20 minutes
… with as much of your body as possible beneath the water.
Making the Most of Your Treatment
To get the most from your treatment and investment, a series of treatments is highly recommended. Depending on your individual circumstance – three to five sessions on a regular weekly or bi-weekly basis will allow for the greatest benefit.
Once your body has re-established and is maintaining its balance, you may look to a maintenance program on a less frequent basis.
